Weird. It’s the season finale. ABC rushed full-steam-ahead through the seven episodes of this sweet new sitcom, which premiered just over two weeks ago. Tonight’s second episode is notable in that it features a guest-starring appearance by Rumer Willis (left, with Joey Slotnick), daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis. The show is executive produced by Rumer’s stepfather, Ashton Kutcher.

Finally, a new episode. Grissom (William Peterson, below) and his trusty crew are back to solve the murders of key witnesses in a gang-related case. Also, the guys have colds, so I imagine there will be a lot of C, S, and I - coughing, sneezing, and itching of eyes.

A wealthy Manhattan couple (Sam Rockwell, Vera Farmiga) struggle with their 9-year-old bundle of terror (Jacob Kogan). The trouble with very-bad-kid thrillers is that your own parental instincts kick in. And this is the sort where nobody does what you would do: spank or offer an extra-strength time-out.
