Jonas Invasion
Camp Rock 8 p.m., Disney Channel
The Jonas Brothers star in it. Which is probably all you care about, if you're planning to watch this movie. But for form's sake, here's the plot: Joe Jonas plays a spoiled pop star who's sent to music camp because of misbehavior. Brothers Nick and Kevin play his bandmates. The Jonas brothers will be filming a Disney series beginning this fall.
Diego B. Goode.
Charlize Theron - not for British eyes only.
Whom will pay Belle toll tonight?
"The Young and the Restless" have the most nominations - 17 in all - but of course "General Hospital" (go Anthony Geary) and "Guiding Light" are in the running. Cameron Mathison from "All My Children" and Sheri Shepherd from "The View" are the hosts.
Doris Rocks.
Sit. Watch.
It begins when young clean-cut Kyle MacLachlan finds a severed human ear in a weed-covered lot. He kisses white-picket-fence America goodbye as he finds, to his horror, that something in him wants to play nightmare games with the seething dope pusher behind all the evil. This is the film we knew director David Lynch had in him ever since he surfaced with "Eraserhead." It's bizarre, exhilarating, stylish and original - literally and figuratively the American underworld film of the decade. (R; runs through June 26) ![]()
