This year, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation pays tribute to Janet Jackson, Rufus Wainwright, Herb Ritts, "Brothers & Sisters," "Ugly Betty," and Bravo's own "Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List." Among the guests: Sally Field, T.R. Knight, Rachel Griffiths, Sarah Silverman, and Jimmy Kimmel.
