Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular 10 p.m., Channel 4
Craig Ferguson of "The Late Late Show" hosts this special, which will\ feature country-music group Rascal Flatts performing with Keith Lockhart and the Pops. Now there's a musical marriage made in...a cheese factory. The Charles River, the Esplanade, lots of color and thunder in the sky-- you know the drill.

Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular 9 p.m., NBC
Katharine McPhee competes with the fireworks for impact.
I think we're supposed to pronounce the title with a British accent. Anyhow, this year's PBS broadcast from Washington features Huey Lewis and the News (left), Taylor Hicks, and Jerry Lee Lewis. That's a lot to take in, but there will be fireworks, too, as well as a tribute to Olympic athletes.

More of the same: Mike Myers's toothy '60s airhead recycles his Carnaby Street James Bond-wannabe routine, reveling in a screenful of campy artifacts, most psychedelic. He also doubles as Powers's nemesis, Dr. Evil , a pussycat who can't manage his dysfunctional family, much less dominate the world. Heather Graham's nubile CIA op named Felicity Shagwell is a big plus in this good bad movie. (PG-13; runs through July 17 )
