Top Design 10 p.m., Bravo
The show returns for its second season with a new host. Todd Oldham is out, although he will be onhand as a Tim Gunn-like mentor. And India Hicks (left) is in. An interior designer, fashion model, and socialite, Hicks also happens to be the goddaughter of Prince Charles. How jolly.

Double Take
Orlando Jones and Eddie Griffin bring more comic weight than you might expect to this genre crowd-pleaser, an action comedy about mistaken identities and role reversals. Jones plays a Wall Street broker accidentally mixed up in big trouble with the FBI, CIA, Mexican drug lords, and assorted thugs. The wily Griffin, a likable cross between Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy, keeps showing up to save him, providing enough double and triple takes to keep Jones and the audience guessing which side he's on. Sharp script and direction by George Gallo, who penned "Midnight Run." (PG-13; runs through Sept. 11) (Loren King)
