PRO CONS
Burn Notice
10 p.m., USAThis is just a good-humored, energetic series. It reminds me of the British show "Hustle," except this rogue group of con artists are the good guys. And it's set in Miami. By the way, USA has decided to split up season 2 the way it breaks up "Monk." The show will end this month, then return for a second batch of episodes early next year.
Naked Science

Law & Order: SVU

ON DEMAND
Running Scared

Gregory Hines and Billy Crystal have their moments as Chicago undercover cops, but the writing and direction fail them. This one plays like its own TV series pilot. (R; runs through Sept. 18)
