102 Minutes That Changed America
9 p.m., History Channel
This documentary re-creates Sept. 11, 2001, in particular the 102 minutes between the first attack on the World Trade Center and the fall of the second tower. The show is a pastiche of material from amateur videos, FDNY and NYPD footage, radio dispatches, and network outtakes.

World's Worst Venom
9 p.m., Animal Planet
Bill O'Rattlesnake.

9/11: Millionaire Widows
10 p.m., WE
So classy!

A Hard Day's Night
7 p.m., IFC
Reporter: Are you a mod or a rocker? Ringo: I'm a mocker.

PRO CONS
Burn Notice
10 p.m., USA
This is just a good-humored, energetic series. It reminds me of the British show "Hustle," except this rogue group of con artists are the good guys. And it's set in Miami. By the way, USA has decided to split up season 2 the way it breaks up "Monk." The show will end this month, then return for a second batch of episodes early next year.

Naked Science
10 p.m., National Geographic
Exploring time travel. See under: Peabody.

Law & Order: SVU
Noon, USA
Mariska Palin.

ON DEMAND
Running Scared
Comcast, Free Movies
Gregory Hines and Billy Crystal have their moments as Chicago undercover cops, but the writing and direction fail them. This one plays like its own TV series pilot. (R; runs through Sept. 18)
