Dog Whisperer
9 p.m., National Geographic
The series celebrates its 100th episode with a journey through the past. Cesar Milan hosts an event to welcome back some of the dogs he's helped over the years. It's a red carpet event, of course, lined with fire hydrants. Will they howl "To Sir With Love"?

Light It Up
9 p.m., HGTV
Dude, it's HGTV, not JTV.

Don't Forget the Lyrics
9 p.m., Channel 25
A yodeling contestant. She'll ace "Hocus Pocus."

Being Julia
7 p.m., Sundance Channel
Yes, Maugham.

OH YEAH
The Oh in Ohio
9 p.m., Lifetime
Can you say no to a movie in which Liza Minnelli (left) cameos as a guru who urges her students, "I want you to discover your vaginas"? Actually, this comedy is an unexpectedly good tale about the end of a bad marriage and the start of self-discovery and sexual fulfillment, featuring good performances by Parker Posey and Paul Rudd.

Gone Country
8 p.m., CMT
The celebs must hunt for supper. Which is easy since they don't eat.

Women Behind Bars
9 p.m., WE
They want to shiv!

ON DEMAND
Bulletproof
Comcast, Free Movies
Proven pulpmeister Ernest Dickerson falters with this Damon Wayans/Adam Sandler action-comedy vehicle that blatantly apes the male-bonding films of Hong Kong directors John Woo and Ringo Lam. Undercover cop Wayans gains crook Sandler's confidence and then arrests him, but their friendship proves stronger than the betrayal. Action sequences are passable, the comedy mostly dopey. Pictured: David Labiosa, Wayans, and Sandler. (R; runs through Sept. 25) - Betsy Sherman
