By the way, Lucy Liu has been a great addition to this show, even if she's playing the same shade-throwing character she played on "Ally McBeal." The movie parallel for this reality show is "The Devil Wears Prada," and Elle news director Anne Slowey is the big shot in charge of the hiring and the firing.
