OK, maybe a little less happy, since Proposition 8 passed. The playful puppet comedy - it's "Boy Story," instead of "Toy Story" - returns for a second season, with the birth of Dana's baby. Voice performers include Will Matthews, Wilson Cruz, and Peter Paige, who was Emmett on "Queer as Folk."

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit 10 p.m., Channel 7
Ripped from the headlines - our headlines! This episode finds the detectives investigating a pregnancy pact among high school students. Pop star Jesse McCartney guest stars as the head of the student abstinence club, called "Chastity Circle." Presumably, the club has been losing members.

Eli Stone 10 p.m., Channel 5
The firm is pro bono now. They want to cher the wealth.

Fringe 9 p.m., Channel 25
Parasite regained.
