FOUR WEDDINGS AND A FUNERAL

(Comcast Free Movies) Mike Newell has made a bubbly romantic comedy about a commitment-shy Londoner (Hugh Grant) distressed by the fact that all his friends seem to be getting married - and then knocked head over heels by an American (Andie MacDowell, above, with Grant) he meets at one of the weddings. (R; runs through Dec. 11)

THE HOWLING

(Comcast Free Movies) This werewolf version of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" is a screech. A hairy mixture of comedy and horror all mixed up in director Joe Dante's cauldron. (R; runs through Dec. 10)

DOUBLE DRAGON

(Encore on Comcast) The popular video game has been turned into a not-too-bad but not-too-good kids' movie. Two teenage brothers battle a maniacal mogul and rowdy street gangs for possession of a mystical dragon medallion in the post-earthquake New Angeles of 2007. The result somewhat resembles "Super Mario Bros.," with a much lower budget and with fewer gags. The bad guy is played by Robert Patrick, the evil android from "Terminator 2," whose morphing skill has gotten seedier. (PG-13; runs through Dec. 11)
