Puppy mills definitely aren't funny. Nope. But there is something amusing about the idea of Cesar Millan going undercover for this episode to expose the horrible factories that mistreat dogs. Cesar is just so Cesar, and it's hard to imagine him going anywhere incognito. In the episode, he will also rescue and rehabilitate traumatized pups.

If you missed this episode when it first aired on Tuesday, check out the repeat tonight. It includes what may be Callie Thorne's best scene on the series so far, as she submits to an interview by the 9/11 journalist. Rather than going nuts in typical Sheila fashion, she finds a calm center where she gets to the bottom of everything she's been doing since her husband died in the attacks.
