Hollywood Sings Country 9 p.m., CMT

What happens when movie and TV stars decide they're country-music singers? CMT's website promises that "you'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll cheer." Or did they mean "jeer"? Among the stars mentioned on the show: Kevin Costner, John Corbett, Vicki Lawrence, and Jerry Springer.

Mighty Aphrodite 10 p.m., Flix

Wow. I rewatched this 1995 movie recently, and I was surprised to see just how poorly Mira Sorvino's Oscar-winning performance has aged. As a dumber-than-dumb hooker with a voice like a muppet, she's pretty flat. Woody Allen's script, though, has its moments, as always.

The Late Show With David Letterman 11:35 p.m., Channel 4

Green Day: hungry night.

Head Case 10 p.m., Starz

Jerry Seinfeld: nothing doing.

Don't Forget the Lyrics 8 p.m., Channel 25

Meat Loaf: "Bat" man.

House 9 p.m., Channel 25

James Wilson: Dr. Watson.

E! True Hollywood Story 8 p.m., E!

Rachael Ray: crocodile smile.
