Conan's first "Tonight Show" will feature Will Ferrell and Pearl Jam, with Tom Hanks, Gwyneth Paltrow, Green Day, and Sheryl Crow showing up later in the week. Either late night is getting a major shakeup beginning tonight, or everything is going to stay the same - only one hour earlier. We shall see.
