If you’re in the mood to get lost in a haze of Miami action drama, and you don’t want to chase thugs in Florida, USA has a full day and night of “Burn Notice’’ to offer you. I love the way this show doubles as a comic “how-to’’ on spying, and it’s star Jeffrey Donovan’s tongue-in-cheek sensibility that makes that gimmick work.

This is “Extreme Makeover: Marriage Edition,’’ as hosts Alan Dunn and Diann Valentine help a deserving couple create the wedding of their dreams. Tonight, a military couple get the royal treatment.
