Have You Seen Andy? 7:30 p.m. WCVB-TV (Channel 5) It was a hot summer day - Aug. 21, 1976 - when 10-year old Andy Puglisi went to cool off in a local pool. He hasn’t been seen since. For 33 years, Lawrence police have searched for answers to his disappearance. Now, a friend of Andy’s claims she knows the killer’s identity, and she’s appealing to state authorities for justice.
