This docu-series, which tracks a bunch of jockeys, has enough drama and action to entertain even those who aren’t horse-racing fanatics. The episodes are constructed with lots of explication of the rules of racing. Are the situations contrived or amped up for TV? Probably. But so what. That’s old news.
