Really Awards 10 p.m., Fox Reality Channel
Vivica A. Fox (above) is the host of the awards show that pays tribute to reality TV. Categories include “Really Favorite Villain’’ and “Really OMG Moment,’’ and the, um, Innovator Award, um, will, um, go to Paris Hilton. Meanwhile, Lance Bass will give us the scoop from the red carpet. By the way, Fox Reality Channel will be shutting down in March 2010, and re-emerging after that with a new name and a new spin.

What a revolutionary! A daughter (played by Lucy Hale) decides to show her mother (Courtney Thorne-Smith) some sassy independence by refusing to pledge with her mother’s former sorority.
