We’re supposed to think it was John Lithgow’s Trinity Killer who shot Debra and Lundy last week. And maybe it was; I have no inside information, no spoilers. But I can’t shake the feeling that someone else - the Vacation Murderer? Anton? - may have been on the other side of that gun. Can’t wait to find out.
