“The End of the Tunnel (1973-1975)’’ is the final episode of the Emmy-winning series “Vietnam: A Television History,’’ which first aired in 1983. At tomorrow’s ’GBH Presents Vietnam, a Television History, the episode focuses on the last years of the conflict, including the signing of the Paris peace agreements and the fall of Saigon. You’ll hear voices of soldiers from North and South Vietnam and US political and military advisers. A post-screening panel discussion features WGBH producer and writer Elizabeth Deane.
