Bethenny Getting Married? 10 p.m., Bravo

The question mark is supposed to add dramatic tension, I guess, for those who haven’t already read the answer in People. Real Housewife of New York Bethenny Frankel stars in her own series beginning tonight, as she proceeds with her plan to wed Jason Hoppy despite being commitment-phobic. Of course, she’s pregnant, as well as engaged, so let’s hope her commitment issues don’t extend to children.

Burn Notice 9 p.m., USA

This show keeps firing on all cylinders, as Michael, Fiona, and Sam do their dangerous Robin Hood work while Michael tries to figure out why he was dropped from the CIA. But last week’s teary scene between Michael and his mother concerned me. The charm of “Burn Notice’’ is its insouciance, the nonchalant way the characters survive their action sequences and conduct their relationships. No tears, please.
