When Seth Meyers (pictured) took over the “Saturday Night Live’’ news desk from Tina Fey, he seemed uncomfortable. But he found his timing and his voice; now he delivers “Weekend Update’’ with wry confidence, which will surely come into play tonight. He’s hosting the ESPYs, set to air live from LA. Among the scheduled presenters are Will Ferrell, Kenny Chesney, Samuel L. Jackson, Tracy Morgan, Shaun White, and Zac Efron.

Bridal Bootcamp 10 p.m., VH1

Such an emotional ride this has been! When the bride-to-be competitors strapped groom dummies onto their backs last week and tore through that obstacle course? Wow, talk about tension and suspense. Melissa’s hands were getting sweaty and Kacey got stuck on the sand and OMG! Go girls, and try to get all that zilla out of your system before the wedding.
