Glee 8 p.m., Channel 25

This show has been annoying me all season, but I enjoyed Gwyneth Paltrow a lot last week, and I’m hoping to feel the same about Carol Burnett (pictured) tonight. The character of Sue Sylvester has gotten pretty tiresome this season, as she has been stuck on an erratic pendulum between good and bad. Maybe bringing in Burnett as Sue’s mother will do the trick. Doris Sylvester is a former Nazi hunter, and she and Lynch will sing together.

Dancing With the Stars 9 p.m., Channel 5

The winner will finally be announced in tonight’s two-hour 11th season finale. Amid buzz that Bristol Palin is benefiting from her mother’s popularity among some “Dancing With the Stars’’ voters, and that that’s how she beat Brandy last week, the show comes to a close with finalists Palin, Jennifer Grey, and Kyle Massey.
