Parks and Recreation 9:30 p.m., Channel 7

Last week, Will Forte put in a great guest appearance as a “Twilight’’-obsessed father. Tonight, Megan Mullally returns to this likable show, which is also a good thing. She was hysterical as Ron’s ex-wife, Tammy, last season. Tammy is a nightmare, and the fact that Mullally and Nick Offerman are married in real life just adds to the amusement. Tonight, Tammy is dating Aziz Ansari’s Tom, which sounds like a piranha swimming with a minnow. Pictured (from left): Mullally, Offerman, and Amy Poehler.

Ace of Cakes 10 p.m., Food Network

In the series finale, Duff Goldman and the Charm City Cakes crew of Baltimore create a DeLorean for the 25th anniversary party of “Back to the Future.’’ Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson, and Christopher Lloyd are onhand as Duff unveils his edible time machine. Goldman says he is going to head to LA to open a new bakery — who wants to bet that’ll be the premise of his next series.
