The Royal Wedding

Wake up! All of TV will be lousy with coverage of the wedding of William and Kate, beginning as early as 3 a.m. with Martin Bashir and Chris Jansing on MSNBC. Barbara Walters and Diane Sawyer will be on ABC, Piers Morgan and Cat Deeley will preside over CNN, Katie Couric will do CBS, and Brian Williams will be the face of NBC. BBC America will of course be all over the event, but the TV Guide Network just might take the cake: Kathy Griffin’s going to get all up in the royal grill tonight at 8. Posh indeed. The wedding itself is scheduled for 6 a.m. Pictured: Griffin.

Camelot 10 p.m., Starz

I reviewed this a few weeks ago and thought it had a little bit of promise. I was wrong! This show ranges from mediocre to awful, with nothing to recommend it except Eva Green’s camp performance as Morgan. The guy who plays Arthur, Jamie Campbell Bower, is miscast. He is not heroic, and he has very little charisma. Joseph Fiennes doesn’t seem to be having much fun as Merlin. And the too familiar story lines just plod along.

Hooked 9 p.m., National Geographic

On “FNL,’’ which is on NBC at 8.

Shark Tank 8 p.m., Channel 5

Which is where “FNL’’ fans will throw you if you dis their show.
