Who Do You Think You Are? 8 p.m., Channel 7
The show in which stars discover they’re not black. Unless, of course, they already are. But would that be real TV? In any case, tonight’s repeat from March has Steve Buscemi trying to discover, among other things, why his maternal grandmother would have been working as a servant in Camden, N.J., at age 11. My guess is that she wanted her grandson to be inarguably authentic on “Boardwalk Empire’’ (pictured).
100 Sexiest Videos of All Time: Part 4 10 p.m., Fuse
There are 10 of these installments - why watch 70-61? This block just feels right for that point in the evening when you could turn off the TV and go out or stay in, watch the video for “Thong Song’’ (No. 67), and wonder whether the joke is that we were supposed to find Sisqó sexy? And what about the lesbian hoax and wet schoolgirl uniforms of t.A.T.u.’s “All the Things She Said’’ (No. 64). It’s all as bad as you remember. Far better is “Ego’’ (No. 62), in which Beyoncé and two friends jiggle and thrust in heels. With a chair. Obvious, yes. But, legitimately sexy, too.
Washington Week 8 p.m., Channel 2
Gwen Ifill can’t raise the debt ceiling, but she can raise the roof.
Primetime: What Would You Do? 9 p.m., Channel 5
Hidden cameras capture little persons, harassed.
Sex Change Hospital 10 p.m., Fit TV
This is exactly why your cable bill is $150, because you “need’’ to see how Trinidad, Colo., is the “sex-change capital of the world.’’
