It's May in Philly

A third of Viewer Discretion (that's me folks) was in San Diego for the annual gay and lesbian journalists conference these past few days so I'm a little late with this news item.
WBZ-TV brass announced that anchor Chris May is heading to Philadelphia to co-anchor Channel 3's weekend evening newscast. He starts Oct. 15 in the city of brotherly love.
May joined WBZ a year ago to co-anchor the 5 p.m. news. He also co-helmed the 9 p.m. news on TV38. He arrived at WBZ from WHDH.
No (official) word yet on who will fill his slot at WBZ.
