'SYTYCD:' It's a cruel summer

Well, not that cruel, given that all of these dancers have good careers ahead of them. Toni Basil is just making me feel all '80s. And I am a little perturbed at tonight's eliminations, in an academic way. I'll explain after the jump.

Seems like Mark's fans really rallied to keep him in the hunt tonight. And while I have nothing against Mark, you can't deny that he doesn't hold a candle to Will. I would have been sorry to see Twitch go, too, and I can understand how Twitch, whose solos are off the hook, would appeal to more voters than Will. But really, people. Can Debbie Allen be wrong?

As for Comfort...well, her time came and went several weeks ago. Nothing much more to say - except that she's a likable person, too, and I hope the future holds more for her than a spot on L.L. Cool J's backup dance crew.

Thank you. I haven't been this upset about a reality show elimination since Chris March was eliminated (the first time) on Project Runway. I think Mark deserved Top 5 Guys status--but he most certainly did NOT deserve to remain in the competition over Will (or Twitch).

I agree completely. When I found out Will and Twitch were the bottom two guys, I kind of freaked out a bit. Neither deserved to go. They are arguably the best two guys on the show (you could also make an argument for Joshua). I honestly thought Will had a chance at winning. I think everyone just assumed Will would be in the finale and voted for other dancers Wednesday night, which is sad. Three of the four people I voted for Wednesday were in the bottom. Katee was the only person who I voted for that was safe. American needs to wake up and realize they need to vote for whoever is the best dancer. There's only one more elimination before the finale and I really hope the votes get it right next week.

I truly will miss Will :(

If Will had the opportunity to stay (because we all know he most certainly had ALL of the talent) He would have taken the title this season. It makes no sense, no sense at all! =(

and Tony Basile...a little to long winded for my liking. As the guest judge this week, she completely slowed the show down. Dig Deeper SYTYCD...and bring on judges who don't require tissues to wipe the drool from their chin.

At this point, I don't think it's about who is a better dancer, they're all phenomenal.
It's really about who you like better. None the less I was surprised that Mark wasn't in the bottom two.

At the beginning of the show Will was really on the bottom of my list and I wasn't seeing whatever it was that had the judges raving. However in the last few weeks he's really come alive for me, just not enough to supplant my top 2 guys, Twitch and Joshua.

As for the women, I marvel watching all 3 of them every week and I enjoy their personalities, there is no possible way I can rank them.
