Massachusetts' most famous identity shifter is getting his moment on TV. NBC just announced that Natalie Morales will sit down with the famous -- or is that infamous? -- Clark Rockefeller for a jailhouse interview, to air next Monday and Tuesday on "Today." Plus they'll air more of the interview in September on "Dateline NBC." You can bet that the networks were jostling hard over this one.

Update: NBC just released a partial transcript of the interview, including this exchange:

MORALES: So you believe you grew up in the United States?
ROCKEFELLER: I believe I grew up in--
MORALES: Based on memory--
ROCKEFELLER: --New York. I'm quite sure I grew up in New York City.
MORALES: What about Germany?
ROCKEFELLER: I don't know what to say about this. I -- don't have a particular knowledge of any of that.
