'SYTYCD:' Two more, ta-ta
And ta-ta to Toni Basil, of the strange headgear and the stranger way of talking. She's the closest thing I've seen to a real-life cyborg on TV, and whenever she's doing the judging, I find myself pining for Adam Shankman.
As for this week's eliminations (SPOILERS COMING), I am shedding no tears. I knew the judges would never let go of Caitlin this soon. I will not be pining for Asaka, who never quite seemed to find her groove, and I can see why they kept Vitolio over Jonathan.; Vitolio has real potential, so it will be interesting to see him with someone else.
Also, can I get a mob of preteen boys to come dance on my lawn this weekend? It would make me very happy.

Wasn't the dance troup fantastic! And they brought out the best of Cat's hosting style.
As much as I liked Asuka in her own style I was just never that excited by her. Too bad. Jonathan always seemed kind of cheesey to me, I hope Carla will benefit from a more mature partner.
Toni! My goodness, what are you doing here? I just didn't see her add anything to the judging.
Also- how hot was the opening number? I am continually impressed by this show
Joanna, I thought you'd like to hear some heartbreaking news. I follow Adam Shankman on Twitter and he posted a few days ago that he is not on the show again as a judge or choreographer until the finale :( I miss him already. It just means all the other judges have to step up their game.
Re: Adam Shankman. Noooooooo!
I thought the preteen boys were so awesome last night. :)
So bummed about Adam Shankman, I love him as a judge. And I'm really loving this show but I so want to shove a sock in Mary Murphy's mouth. Seriously.
I am not torn up that Auska left, although I'd be happy if Caitlin did too. I just don't think she's that good and Jason is a very strong dancer -- its not doing him any good to be paired with her I dont think. JMO as always.
