After eight seasons of medical oddities and Dr. Gregory House's surly behavior, the FOX hit "House" signed off on May 21.

(Please note: Spoiler alert below).

The show, while not known for its neatly happy endings, ended on a tender note. House faked his death and with his best friend, Dr. James Wilson, headed off on a road trip for their last adventures together as Wilson faces terminal cancer.

Check out the entire finale recap and let us know what you thought of the last episode.
