Better call Saul!
Attention Saul Goodman fans: Actor Bob Odenkirk's character on AMC's insanely popular "Breaking Bad" may be getting a spinoff, according to Deadline.
Saul Goodman, who arguably has the best one-liners on the cable television series, plays a criminal lawyer who helps meth dealers Walter White and Jesse Pinkman and provides much needed comic relief on a show full of drug dealers, meth heads, and savage murders.
This may come as a relief to fans who are already dreading the conclusion of one of TV's edgiest shows. "Breaking Bad" will air the second half of its last season this summer.
If it happens, this new spinoff will have huge shoes to fill, but we don't foresee many problems. As long as Saul's bodyguard, Huell, and his white Cadillac with the license plate "LWYR UP," make cameos, we'll be happy.
As for plot lines, we don't see any shortage the potential spinoff could face. As Goodman famously said, "Even drug dealers need lawyers, right? Especially drug dealers."
What are your thoughts on the possible spinoff? Would you watch the show? What is your favorite Saul Goodman moment? Share your thoughts in the comments.
