James Gandolfini: Celebs take to Twitter to remember the late 'Sopranos' star

"Sopranos" family patriarch and acclaimed film and stage actor James Gandolfini died Wednesday in Italy at 51.

HBO, the network "The Sopranos" called home for six seasons, released their own sorrowful statement on the loss, calling Gandolfini a "special man, a great talent, but more importantly a gentle and loving person who treated everyone no matter their title or position with equal respect."

And stars, including some of his fellow colleagues, took to Twitter to react to his death, relaying their sympathy and respects.
