So, Lamorne Morris wants to be LeBron James.

Kidding. But the "New Girl" actor did tell Boston.com's readers that if he could have a superpower, he'd be able to make any shot on the basketball court. LeBron seems close enough, although fans in these parts probably see King James as more of a villain than a hero.

Morris -- a Chicago Heat/Bulls fan, however that works -- touched on more than basketball during his chat on Friday when he took over Love Letters columnist Meredith Goldstein's desk for about an hour. The "New Girl" star answered questions from readers on everything from his favorite food (lobster) to his favorite prank that his character, Winston, has ever pulled on the show (wedding badger -- video below).

Interesting tidbits we found out from the Chicago native: he loves sushi, he prefers the bus to the subway (he pointed out that nasty things happen on subways), and he can't twerk (aw).

He might not be able to join her on the dance floor, but he's got love for the current queen of the twerk craze: Miley Cyrus. When chat guest Jake asked if he preferred Miley or Kim Kardashian, he was quick to answer:

"Miley!"

Why?

"She hasnt had Kanye in her bed.....YET!"

Moving on... Morris had fun with offbeat questions, like when he indulged reader Blair, who asked, "If you could assign each cast member an animal they resemble, what would they be?"

He picked a kitten for Zooey Deschanel, a squirrel for Hannah Simone, a drunk hippo for Jake Johnson, and a metro rhino for Max Greenfield. Oh, and a proud lion with a huge ego for himself.

He let that ego take charge a few times during the chat, flirting with a couple of readers, agreeing to marry two, and offering to take another on an (e)date. For those lovely ladies who didn't have a chance to ask him a question (or ask him out) he left his Twitter handle for you to get in touch: @LamorneMorris.

Check him out when "New Girl" returns to Fox Tuesdays on Sept. 17 at 9 p.m.
