Dun dun dun...

One of the characters we've known and grown to love over the past 24 seasons of "The Simpsons" will meet their maker during the 25th, according to executive producer Al Jean who talked to The Toronto Sun during a phone press conference earlier this week.

He added one hint:

"I'll give you a clue that the actor playing the character won an Emmy for playing that character, but I won't say who it is."

The newest season kicked off on Sunday at 8 p.m. on Fox.

Which character do you think it will be? Could Sideshow Bob finally bite it? Will it be a more vital character? Let us know in the comments.
