'Batman'

Before Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, and Christian Bale, there was Adam West playing Batman on TV. This was West at his best playing a somewhat hip, yet straightlaced, hero with sidekick Robin (played by Burt Ward). Who could ever forget the time Batman avoided being frozen to death in a giant ice cream cone thanks to his "bat-thermal underwear?" Yet another genre classic. It ran from 1966 to 1968.
