5. Christian and Sean, "Nip/Tuck"

These two plastic surgeons have shared the same office, the same woman, and the same son. Friends and competitors since college, they are inextricably bound to each other. At one point, Christian (left) feared that his love of Sean was ruining his heterosexual romantic life. But that didn't stop him.
