This was a cop action show with some promising distinctions, not least of all Mark Valley (pictured) as a ragged New Yorker chasing mobsters in London. The action was MTV-paced, and the culture-clash comedy was familiar, and yet the show had a fresh energy that could have fueled it for many seasons to come.
