Boston Uncovered - Eats
Kinda, sorta joined with Allston (although for practical purposes, Warren Street separates the two), Brighton has a similar college vibe - this is BC territory. Take the Green Line to Cleveland Circle for the below. Also, check out page two for Allston eats.

Roggie's As comfortable as your living room (but with better furniture), Roggie's is the ultimate college bar/restaurant. The entrees - slow-cooked ribs, feta-cheese pizza, rainbow trout -are pricey, but grab a 6 buck sub or a pizza, 10 friends and you're golden for the night. 356 Chestnut Hill Ave, Brighton. 11 a.m.-2 a.m., daily. (617) 566-1880

Bangkok Bistro OK, so maybe some of the names aren't authentic (unless "Between the Sheets," featuring shrimp and chicken in a spring roll, means something else in Thai). But the food itself - hey, we can't complain, especially when most dishes are $6. Try the ginger pork or the ultra-spicy "One Night in Bangcock" - beef and hot peppers, with multiple side orders of water. 1952 Beacon St., Brighton. Lunch: Tue-Fri 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.; Sat, Sun Noon-3 p.m.; Dinner: Sun, Tue-Thu 5 p.m.-10 p.m.; Fri, Sat 5 p.m.-11 p.m. (617) 739-7270
