SCENARIO 1:
A Walk through the Seasons:
Participants explored ideas for a fun, interactive, whimsical space that worked throughout the seasons -- a space that is not stodgy old Boston but a modern place with 21st century flair and art, design, and wild programs late at night.
Space that screams "Spring!": e.g the cherry blossoms in Washington, D.C.; a lilac grove
Fall harvest festival, apple orchard that makes a strong statement
Multi-seasonal spaces
A moat that goes through the parcels:

|
a water ride in summer
a skating lane in winter
sledding hill/amphitheatre in winter
|
Culture, festivity of ethnic cultures thriving in this modern space, infused with the character of Boston's neighborhoods
