Bordered by: Atlantic Avenue, Congress Street, Summer Street, Purchase Street. Adjacent to Federal Reserve Building and South Station.

Master plan calls for: This parcel is one of three near the Financial District designated for the Mass. Horticultural Society's "Garden Under Glass," a four-acre, three-building, glass-enclosed conservatory.

Zoning: Open Space Subdistrict. Open space, cultural, retail and restaurant uses are allowed.

Notes: Master plan calls for preserving and enhancing "view corridors" along Oliver, Pearl, and Congress streets that connect the Financial District to Fort Point Channel. Buildings can occupy only a maximum of 10 percent of the parcel, and can be a maximum of 35 feet tall.
