Amazing pictures.. thanks for this!
There's a mistake in the comment for the last picture. Turkey won 2 to 1, not 2 to 0. The first part while the raining was pouring was pretty funny to watch.
This was a spectacular match to watch on tv simply because of the rain! It created many tackles and lots of sliding and was the cause of Switzerland's goal. It is a pity Switzerland lost.
But thanks for the many great pictures!
The final result was 2-1, not 2-0.
Typo fixed, thanks!
As a professor of photography, that last picture of Vonlanthen has got to be one of the best lit and therefore most amazing snap shot photo's I've ever seen.
This site is AMAZING -- I read it every day! Keep the great pics coming...and like Nhoj, I am also loving the last shot of Vonlanthen!
Absolutely fantastic. Photojojo had a link to this. Will visit it fequently
Picture number 10 is stunning. I love the sharpness, and stillness of the rain, as if time stopped, and the way the light is wrapping his profile so slightly. It's really great. Good job, photographer! Man! Soccer looks so fun.
Amazing Pictures! I will visit often!
ˇFantásticas!

What a fantastic collection of pictures. I just discovered this site a few days ago, and I've been visiting it everyday since.
I was at that game and yes it felt more like a game of water polo, but it was fun to watch anyway. I really like the pictures, it looks amazing to see the same scenes captured on film

Great shots!!
Bon chance with selling the sport to the U.S. brothers.
Thanks for showing these photos at a format where the detail will be appreciated. Some may end up on newspaper back pages, but never with the same clarity.
nice pictures. unfortunetaly the strongest did not win but it was funny with the rain.
Nice photos, this goes for the entire blog. If you make a picture twice as large, it becomes ten times as good to watch...
very nice!!
I love how the rain shows a trail of movement -- it adds motion to the photographs and you can almost see the before/after of the scene... truly brilliant.
I think the caption writer needs to look up a few synonyms for the word 'vie'...
Cool photos and website nonetheless!
Might want to mention that the Swiss player Hakan Yakin, who appears in a few of these pictures and scored in the game, is of Turkish descent. He isn't the most popular guy in Turkey.
YES IN EARTH RAINS... SOOOO
Increiblemente fantasticas todas las imagenes, en todas sus secciones. Felicitaciones!!
Amazing, outstanding. Congrats!!
