Chelmsford's cult favorite Xian roadside shack will move to downtown Boston, reports a poster on Chowhound. The Globe wrote about Gene's exceptional hand-pulled noodles and flatbreads last summer. Now a new crop of diners can enjoy the tingly chili-and-garlic soaked noodles, not to mention the boundless enthusiasm of owner Gene Wu, who left the corporate world to pursue his passion for cooking. The new restaurant is headed for Downtown Crossing, says Chowhound. Delicious.
