Clover Food Lab's collection of restaurants and trucks remain closed in the wake of a statewide salmonella outbreak that sickened several of their customers. Globe health reporter Deborah Kotz has more on the origins of the outbreak today. Meanwhile, Clover's Ayr Muir is constantly updating the Clover site with his personal take, saying those who might have been exposed ate either the chickpea fritter or the egg and eggplant sandwich.
