Comfort food haven Max & Dylan's at 15 West Street is now a Papagayo, says their website. The restaurants share ownership, so the switch was an easy one — these days, maybe margaritas are more popular than meatloaf? A few months ago, Charlestown's M&D's also morphed into a Papagayo, bringing Boston's total Papagayo count to three. (The original location is at 283 Summer St. in Fort Point, and it's a buzzy little happy hour spot.)

Fans of Max & Dylan's needn't despair, though: A branch remains in Billerica, serving a something-for-everyone menu of flatbreads, sandwiches, steaks, and a full kids' menu.

But in Downtown Crossing, well, it's margarita time.
