Alberto Sandoval tells us that he'll open a second branch of his Tenoch Mexican restaurant at 3 Lewis St. in the North End within the coming weeks. Right now, Sandoval operates a popular Medford sit-down restaurant as well as a food truck that serves tortas. A message on Facebook makes the news even more official: "We're excited, we hope you are, too!" they write. Here's why everyone should be excited: Sandoval's tortas just might be the best deal in town — it's tough to go wrong with the signature Choriqueso with Telera bread, melted Oaxaca cheese, chorizo, chipotle mayo, beans, onions, avocado, lettuce, and tomatoes for a cool $6.50. (Check out their Best of the New write-up in last year's Globe!)
