Fans of mashed avocado, your day has finally come: Eat Boston stages Guacaholics Anonymous on November 4 at Barrio Cantina (1363 Boylston St., Boston) featuring the finest guacamoles in all the land. Here's your chance to sample the wares from Mexican restaurants throughout the city, including the much-missed Villa Mexico Cafe. You can even get a T-shirt!

Sample dips from Temazcal, Ole, El Pelon, El Centro, Mi Padre Pedro's, and Barrio. Proceeds go to local hunger relief organizations Lovin' Spoonfuls and Community Servings. The festivities start at 6 p.m. Buy your tickets here (and you can order guac-themed garb, if so inclined.)
