Strip T's and El Pelon join forces

Take Strip T's creativity and El Pelon Taqueria's spiciness, and you have one memorable New Year's Eve bash, provided you don't drink too much. They're partnering for a NYE dinner menu that you can also order for delivery (which champagne pairs properly with pig's head posole?). Dine-in is at Strip T's. duck confit tamale (mole rojo)
tako yaki (octopus, mussels, salsa de cocktail)
luci's pig head posole (hominy, avocado, radish)
sidral wings (apples, chiles)

tacos $10 (2 tacos)
lengua (beets, apple + radish salsa, horseradish)
fish tostada (black bass ceviche)
smoked pork (queso fresco, adobo)
smoked pork enchilada (add $2)

skirt steak* (refried beans, sunny egg, tomatillo salsa)
turkey leg (sweet potato, cranberry mostarda, creme fraiche)
fried chicken (sauteed kale, black eyed peas)
