The swank Seaport restaurant inside the Renaissance Boston Waterfront opens next week, I'm told. On the menu: M.C. pizza with grapes, fennel, arugula, and mozzarella; roast suckling pig with housemade sausage; and a handsome spit-roasted chicken with prosciutto ("Spiedo" refers to "spit" or "skewer" in Italian, not embarrassing bathing suits). Chefs Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier (that's where the "M.C." comes in) owned Ogunquit's Arrows for many years.
