While the United States has increased the quota of refugees it will accept, paperwork keeps too many spots from being filled. This is especially lamentable in the case of would-be Iraqi refugees who face threats in their country for having worked with Americans. We have a responsibility for bringing them here and getting them settled well. (Full article: 450 words)
