With all the delays afflicting proposals for the underutilized Rose Kennedy Greenway, the state should move ahead on plans for a Public Market in a transportation building on the corner of Congress and Blackstone streets. For relatively little investment, the market would bring tens of thousands of customers to the edge of the Greenway. (Full article: 429 words)
